No More Distraction
I recently noticed that many people are really ๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ด๐ด๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐, and I was no exception. After a lot of trial and error, along with a combination of disciplined habits and smart planning, Iโve finally managed to overcome my own distractions. I wanted to share my experience with you all in the hopes that it might help some of you too. ๐
โจ ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐: I deleted all the social media apps from my phone and now only access them through the web. This simple change has made a huge difference in cutting down distractions.
๐ผ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฝ: On my laptop, phone, and iPad, Iโve set up a dedicated work profile. This allows me to manage notifications so that I only get the ones that are important for my work. Itโs really helped me stay focused during the day.
๐ ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐บ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ง๐ผ-๐๐ผ ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ: I switched to a minimal to-do app, which keeps me organized without overwhelming me with too many features. Itโs straightforward and effective.
๐ ๐ก๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐น๐ ๐ง๐ฎ๐๐ธ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ: Before going to bed, I always prepare my tasks for the next day. This habit has really helped me start each morning with a clear plan, making it easier to dive right into work.
